Terms of Service

Last updated: June 21, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BuildSignal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

BuildSignal provides customer-feedback collection, AI-assisted prioritization, public boards, roadmaps, and changelogs. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your workspace configuration, and all activity under it, including keeping credentials secure and ensuring your users comply with these Terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing others’ rights, attempting to breach security or tenant isolation, scraping, or using the service to send spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you and your users submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the data you import.

Availability & warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we work hard to maintain reliability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildSignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the service. Questions: support@getbuildsignal.com.

These terms are provided as a general template and should be reviewed by your own legal counsel before relying on them.
